Mass. D.O.T.

On a recent trip through Massachusetts:
6 lane highway (3 in each direction)

These were the traffic signs:
Right Lane Closed Ahead
...less than 1/2 mile later...
Left Lanes Closed Ahead

No one on the road had any idea where to go, since, according to the signage, ALL lanes ahead were closed!
Once we finally did see which lane ahead was closed (turns out, only the right one), all the traffic was bottle necked. Good times.
