Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!

My girlfriend and I started a recycling program in our apartment building (6 units) this week. Prior to this, we had been the only ones recycling in the building. Just doing our part to get people involved in helping the environment. :)
ps- The bins look a little pathetic only because the town picked up the contents yesterday. :-P

Fill 'er up

Woot! Never thought I'd be excited to see gas prices so low. I think this is the lowest it's been in 4 months. Filled up today- 30 minutes from home, but it was on the way to my destination.

The Dark Knight

On January 22nd, on my drive home from work, the radio announcer said Heath Ledger had died. My first reaction?

"Oh no, did they finish Batman?"

Cynical, yes. But, c'mon, it's not like I knew the guy. Looking back, perhaps my comment was a little tasteless.

My girlfriend and I watched The Dark Knight recently. A-maz-ing.
I went into it thinking, ok, there's been a lot of hype over Heath playing the Joker, possibly up for a posthumous Oscar. Can someone really catapult a familiar role into something that incredible?

Yes.

Heath's portrayal of the Joker was as creepy as it gets. Intimidating, psychotic, evil, intelligent, and darkly humorous.

I agree with the critics and co-stars. This certainly would have been the role to launch his career to the next level.

Go see The Dark Knight.

Lego Indiana Jones

Well, I said I wasn't going to 100% the next Lego PS2 game, but I did it anyways. It was kind of addictive.
Lego Batman comes out Sept. 23rd....
